Requirements differ for Ugandan and International applicants at each program level

CERTIFICATE IN CHRISTIAN FOUNDATIONS & DISCIPLESHIP

Ugandan Students

  • UCE (O’ Level) with at least 3 passes obtained at the same sitting

  • UACE, Certificate, Diploma in related field, or Degree holders are also eligible

  • Mature Age Entry: 25+ years, 50% on NCHE - authorized exams

International Students

  • Minimum requirements for an accredited certificate program in home country

  • May be required to pass the STC Entrance Examinations

DIPLOMA OF PASTORAL MINISTRY

Ugandan Students

  • UCE with 5 principal passes or UACE with 1 principal + 2 subsidiary passes

  • Certificate holders with UCE (3 passes) also eligible

  • Mature Age Entry: 25+ years, 50%+ on NCHE-authorized exam

Ugandan Students

  • UACE with 2 principal passes - direct entry

  • UCE entrants must complete the STC Certificate and Diploma first

  • Related Diploma/Degree holders may enter directly, and may skip completed coursework

International Students

  • Minimum requirements for an accredited diploma program in home country

  • May be required to pass the STC Entrance Examinations

BACHELOR OF PASTORAL MINISTRY (DEGREE)

International Students

  • 2 principal passes at UACE or an NCHE-recognized Higher Education Certificate

  • May be required to pass the STC Entrance Examinations
