Ugandan students may apply to the Bachelor of Pastoral Ministry Degree program, using the following scheme:

a. UCE (“O” Level) entrants must complete the STC Certificate and Diploma in order to be eligible to enter the STC Degree program.

b. UACE (“A Level) entrants are eligible to apply to the STC Degree program. UCE and UACE with 2 Principal Passes.

c. Certificate holders must complete the STC Diploma in order to be eligible to enter the STC Degree program.

d. Diploma holders in a related field are eligible to apply for the STC. Degree program. Holders of NCHE recognized Diplomas in Theology or related disciplines may be permitted by the Academic Board to skip some classes previously taken.

f. Degree holders in a related field are eligible to apply for the STC Degree program. Holders of NCHE recognized Degree in Theology or related disciplines may be allowed by the Academic Board to skip some classes previously taken.

f. Mature Age Entry Scheme: Mature Age Entrance Examinations taken from a Center authorized by NCHE awarded to a person-aged at least 25 years and has passed with at least 50% marks.

International students may apply to the Bachelor of Pastoral Ministry Degree program, using the following scheme:

1. Must have 2 Principal Passes at UACE or;
   

2. Must have Higher Education Certificate recognised by NCHE;
   

3. In addition, international entrants may be required to satisfactorily pass the STC Entrance Examinations
   

Uganda students may apply to the Diploma in Pastoral Ministry program, using the following eligibility scheme:

1. UCE (“O” Level) with at least 5 principal passes, and UACE with at least 1 principal pass and 2 subsidiary passes obtained at the same sitting, OR its equivalent.
   

2. Certificate holders that also have a UCE (“O Level) with 3 passes, OR its equivalent.
   

3. Mature Age Entry Scheme: Mature Age Entrance Examinations taken from a Centre authorized by NCHE awarded to a person-aged at least 25 years and has passed with at least a 50% mark.
   

4. Higher Education Certificate holders.
   

5. If desired, Diploma and Degree holders are eligible to apply for the STC Diploma program however may be encouraged to pursue higher education. Holders of Diplomas or Degrees in related disciplines may be permitted by the Academic Board to skip some classes previously taken.
   

International students may apply to the Diploma of Pastoral Ministry program, using the following scheme:

1. Need to have achieved the minimum academic requirements that would be necessary for them to attend an accredited Diploma Program in their country.
   

2. In addition, the international entrants may be required to satisfactorily pass the STC Entrance Examinations
   

Ugandan students may apply to the Certificate in Christian Foundations and Discipleship program, using the following scheme:

a. UCE (“O” Level), with at least 3 passes obtained at the same sitting. This will be the most common type of entrant.

b. Students with higher academic qualifications are eligible to apply.

1. UACE (“A Level) entrants are eligible to apply to the STC

2. Certificate program.
   Certificate holders are eligible to apply for the STC Certificate.
   

3. Diploma holders in a related field are eligible to apply for the STC Certificate program. Holders of NCHE recognized Diplomas in Theology or related disciplines may be permitted by the Academic Board to skip some classes previously taken.
   

4. Degree holders in a related field are eligible to apply for the STC Certificate program. Holders of NCHE recognized Degree in Theology or related disciplines may be allowed by the Academic Board to skip some classes previously taken.
   

c. Mature Age Entry Scheme: Mature Age Entrance Examinations taken from a Center authorized by NCHE awarded to a person-aged at least 25 years and has passed with at least 50% marks.
